It all began with one man and a dream.
Dr. Okey's idea was to marry traditional Afro-Caribbean cooking to contemporary American styled cooking.
He put a team of experienced chefs together to make the dream come alive. The first meal was served. He named it, NAPOLEON SNAPPER.
